At the lecture, Mr. Song used the relationship between husband and wife as an analogy to describe the relationship between shareholders and the Shanghai Dahai Law Firm's big data real-time measurement of the shareholder dispute litigation system. From the comparison of the number of cases of shareholder disputes and the comparison of the number of shareholder disputes at different stages of the company's development, the "Civil Cases Regulations" was analysed. The data seen in 25 types of company-related disputes pointed out the trend leading to shareholder disputes. Combined with case law, the focus of solving the disputes between shareholders  lies in the competition for control over the company. The core of preventing shareholder disputes is to establish appropriate rules of procedure and exit mechanisms. During the speech, Lawyer Song introduced a classic game used by Yale University and shared the game strategy during the game with the students.
