On 22 September 2006, Mr. Song Haijia attended a Talk for Young Lawyers in Luwan District, Shanghai. He was the key speaker of this event. Under the guidance of Mr. Xu Wei, the head of the lawyer delegation of Luwan District, Mr. Song shared his experiences in handling cases. He gave a lecture on the theme of "Corporate Reform Lawyer Business" and exchanged ideas with the lawyers attending the meeting.

Mr. Song has also opined on the status quo of the legal restructuring the market of legal services, quality of lawyers, legal services through situations, the basic processes of business restructuring and the essence of operation. He emphasized that as a company law professional lawyer, he must analyse from an economic point of view and when planning the design of enterprise restructuring. Not only must we consider the legal feasibilities, but also consider the economic feasibilities.
