On May 26th, the last day of the “2019 Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategy Training Class”, the participants ushered in the results show. Through the two days of study, everyone learns and uses the skills of shareholder dispute negotiation in practice.

In the 4V4 negotiations of 1 hour and 20 minutes, the teams showed very different negotiation styles and negotiation methods. Or the needles in the cotton rush are flowing, or the atmosphere is harmonious and funny. In the end, three of them reached a settlement agreement, and a set of negotiations broke down.

In the afternoon, each group reported on the case analysis report of this group and reflected on the shortcomings in the negotiation. Mr. Song made a resumption of the negotiation process and reconciliation plan of each group to reproduce the details in the case. He pointed out that talking about interests is not a matter of right and wrong. Doing good emotional management and mutual respect, careful thinking and professional control are the key to successful negotiations.
