On May 29, 2019, partner Song Haijia and Gu Liping attended the ceremony for the appointment of a distinguished professor at the Law School of East China University of Political Science and Law. Dean Ding Shaokuan read the appointment decision and issued an appointment letter for Song Haijia.

After the ceremony, Song Haijia gave a lecture on ‘how to become a professional lawyer of company law - 4+1 of equity lawyers’. In just 30 minutes, Mr Song interprets the characteristics of shareholder dispute cases and the status quo of legislation and justice, analyses the substantive legal relationship of equity financing and equity incentives, and introduces the ‘4+1’ of equity lawyers' legal service products and knowledge management, and the ‘5+1’ of legal sources.

In the questioning session, lawyers Song Haijia and Gu Liping interacted with the students and talked about the growth process of the professional equity lawyers. The activities scheduled to end at 8:00 lasted until 9:30, and the students still did not know what to do.
