On May 24th, the 2019 "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategy Training Class" officially kicked off. The training class attracted a total of 34 lawyers and procurators from Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Jiangxi, Henan and Heilongjiang.
The course was held at the Ganghui Plaza in Xuhui District. It was lectured by the founder of the firm, Song Haijia, and the partner Gu Liping was a role-playing consultant.
Lawyer Song Haijia cut in from the original "4+1" of equity lawyers, "conditional equity transfer agreement or capital increase and share expansion agreement", vividly expounded the strategy of handling shareholder dispute cases, the legal basis for equity lawyers, Legal products provided, knowledge management models used, etc.
Then, Mr. Gu Liping shared a real case of “scraping and smashing and defeating the winner” to the participants. The audience gave a warm applause.
Through the simulation of shareholder disputes, this course provides participants with a thought path centered on “equity” and discusses how equity lawyers handle shareholder disputes.
The participants were divided into two groups of parties and six groups of lawyers. The client group negotiated with the lawyers group and finally confirmed the principal terms of the entrustment relationship and legal service contract.
Through this round of negotiations, the trainees will learn how to solve the disputes of shareholder disputes, the main points of legal service contracts, the unique conflicts of interest in the shareholder dispute cases and the solutions; also help the trainees to understand the principles that need to be paid attention to during the negotiations and for tomorrow. The next round of negotiations laid the foundation.
