On the morning of March 23, 2018, attorney Song Haijia of our institute, at the invitation of the Shanghai Lawyers Association, went to Jiaotong University, and took the title of “Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategy” as the theme of “City Lawyers Corporate Litigation Training Course” More than 250 company litigation lawyers gave lectures and a wonderful speeches.

The lecture was hosted and directed by Lawyer Song. The whole lecture was interactive and appealing, and the students at the scene responded enthusiastically. In the lecture, Lawyer Song compared the similarities between shareholder disputes and divorce cases. Combined with case analysis and pointing out that in the case of shareholder disputes in practice, there were many cases accompanied by emotional entanglements, extended extraterritorial criminal threats and ultimately leading to losses. This led the students to analyse and discuss a case of when a shareholder meets a deadlock in practice and how to guide the main points of the shareholder disputes and negotiation skills. At the end of the lecture, some people applauded to express their recognition and gratitude to Song’s lecture. Many lecturers attending the talk said that the lectures brought new inspiration to themselves and expressed eager expectations for future conferences.
