On the morning of March 25, 2018, our lawyer Song Haijia was invited by the China Society of Behavioural Law to teach members in Changsha under the theme of “Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategy”.

The lecture was hosted and directed by Lawyer Song. The whole lecture was interactive and appealing, and the students at the scene responded enthusiastically. In the lecture, Lawyer Song compared the similarities between shareholder disputes and divorce cases; combined with actual issues faced in our company. Pointing out that in the case of shareholder disputes in practice, there were many cases which were protracted and accompanied by emotional entanglements, extended extra-regional criminal threats which ultimately led to losses. The status quo then combined with practical experience from the perspective of game theories, effectively explains the negotiating skills required in shareholder disputes.

At the end of the lecture, the audience gave a round of applause and expressed their appreciation and gratitude to Song’s enlightenment.
