On the morning of April 20, 2018, our lawyer Song Haijia was invited by the Anhui Provincial Association of Corporate Legal Advisers to teach members in Hefei under the title of “Compliance Issues in Corporate Governance”.

The participants in the lecture were: leaders of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Anhui Province, senior executives and legal representatives of enterprises and state-owned enterprises in Anhui Province. The turnout was more than 300.

At the lecture, Mr. Song used actual experiences from our company to introduce the possible risks in corporate governance, and proposed on how the company can establish risk prevention rules and mechanisms in governance. The whole lecture was very interactive and spirited!
