On June 23, 2018, our lawyer Song Haijia was invited to hold a “redefined equity incentive” – how non-listed companies “inspire” employees” on-site signing event at De Siqin 24-hour bookstore. He had also made a “rethinking equity incentives” Thematic sharing session about non-listed company equity incentives. Attending guests at the signing ceremony included corporate executives, lawyers and law students. Lawyer Song Haijia shared his views on equity incentives from the three aspects of equity incentive content; obstacles and design, combined with case and practical experience, and signed the books from guests present.
