On 21 June 2018, our lawyer Gu Liping was invited by Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Centre and Shanghai Science and Technology Enterprise Incubation Association to teach Shanghai Zhongchuang Space Enterprise Management Staff at the Graphic Information Centre of Shanghai Fudan School of Visual Arts.

With the theme of “Prevention and Control of Shareholder Disputes”, this session answers questions such as the status of shareholder disputes and difficulties faced in shareholder dispute litigations, further analysing the prevention and control methods of shareholder disputes vividly and meticulously.

Lawyer Gu Liping believes that litigation is only one of the tools to resolving shareholder disputes. By identifying, analysing, evaluating, preventing, maintaining shareholder disputes and balancing the interests of shareholders, we can ultimately achieve harmonious shareholder relationships.
