From October 26th to October 28th, 2018, the Institute will jointly organize the “Partnership Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategy Course Training Course (Phase 1)” in conjunction with the China’s Society of Behavioural Law. The course is limited to 56 people and aims to be easy, healthy and simple, within depth features. Based on the case analysis, discussion and role-playing methods and on the basis of the theory of shareholder dispute litigation and negotiation strategy, role-playing consultants guide the participants to participate in an actual simulation of shareholder dispute litigation and negotiation. Through the analysis of the reverse psychology of shareholder dispute cases we can understand the status quo of Chinese company law, understand the status quo of company autonomy, and establish legal thinkings of corporate governance.
