On October 26, 2018, the first phase of shareholder dispute litigation and negotiation strategy course was opened in Shanghai. The course was hosted by the China Society of Behavioural Law Training Centre for a period of three days. All participants were professional lawyers and legal staff with more than three years of experience.
Our lawyers Song Haijia and Gu Liping were invited to serve as mentors and role-playing consultants. In the classroom, Mr. Song conducted an in-depth analysis of shareholder dispute litigation and negotiation strategies, and was assisted by Mr. Gu during discussions of case analysis, discussion and role-playing. Therefore, making the content of the seminar vivid and digestible. The attendees of the seminar enthusiastically spoke and enjoyed their time spent learning from Mr Song and Mr Gu.
In addition, based on the need for emotional management through negotiation, the course also hired an expert on psychosomatic diseases, a 30-year clinically experienced chief physician, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) executive director Li Yufang. During the class, Director Li Yufang conducted a one-on-one emotional & psychosomatic assessment of the students and educated the students on meditation and health exercises.
