Our lawyer Song Haijia was invited to participate in the unveiling ceremony of China Telecom Innovation Incubation Base (Tianyi Innovation Company) on March 22, 2012. Yu Zhengsheng, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Committee and Wang Xiaochu, chairman of China Telecom Group Corporation, unveiled the ceremony for the base. Shanghai Vice Mayor Ai Baojun attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Participants also attended the exhibition of 14 innovative incubation projects of China Telecom, which had already been stationed in the base. More than 20 media outlets, including Oriental TV, Shanghai TV, Communications Industry Network and Sina, had interviewed and paid great attention to the opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony, the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee stated that China Telecom's innovation incubation base will be located in Shanghai, which will strongly support Shanghai's strategic policy of “innovation-driven, transformational development” during the “Twelve-Five Year Plan” period. The completion of the base has enabled the Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Environment, China Telecom's network, customers, technology, talents, creativity and other resources to form an efficient integration. In the future, a number of innovative companies positioned in emerging industries will be born and developed here to promote the gathering and development of science and technology in Shanghai.

In addition, Wang Xiaochu, chairman of China Telecom Group Corporation, said that China Telecom has discovered and incubated a good mobile Internet business based on market-oriented principles and Internet entrepreneurship rules. Fostering China Telecom’s new business growth in the mobile Internet field, and cultivating a number of Internet technologies and easier management of talent. At the same time, we will build a leading domestic innovation incubation and service platform to promote the healthy development of China's information industry.
