On November 26th, 2017, our lawyer Song Haijia was invited by the Chinese Society of Behavioral Law to lecture on "Prevention and Control of Shareholder Disputes".
Combining the theories of economics, management and law. Mr. Song proposed that equity incentives are actually a conditional equity transfer contractual relationship or a relationship between capital increase and share expansion. During the lecture, Song lawyer analysed cases of shareholder disputes, discussedmand shared the experience of handling cases.
Finally, Song pointed out that in order to prevent the company's loss of controlled rights, the core of the equity system has to have effective rules of procedure and exit mechanism.
The participants in this lecture includes more than 70 corporate management personnel, corporate legal and lawyers from all over the country.
