On November 8th, 2017, our lawyer Song Haijia was invited to participate in the seminar of “Shareholders' Control Rights Competition and Prevention” in a series of lectures organized by Shanghai Talent Service Center.

At the lecture, Mr. Song briefly compared the similarities between shareholder disputes and divorce cases, and pointed out the characteristics of shareholder disputes and civil cases in practice. Through leading students to analyze and discuss a case of shareholder deadlock in practice,  he is able to guide the students to understand the key points of shareholder disputes and negotiation skills.

There were 30 participants in this lecture, all of whom were returning overseas entrepreneurs. The response to this lecture was very positive and well received.
