At 13:30 on October 18th, 2017, our lawyer Gu Liping was invited to present a seminar entitled "The Dilemma of Technology Enterprises - Fragile Partner Mechanism".

At the lecture, Mr. Gu started with the problems in the company's articles of association at the time of industrial and commercial registration, and shed light on the reasons for the fragility of the partner mechanism. Then, moving on to explain in detail the "Bund of the Bund" and the "Real Kung Fu Case", showing the importance of humanitarianism in partner mechanisms and various legal issues in shareholder disputes, emphasizing that only the perfect exit mechanism and rules of procedure can change the fragile partner mechanism to bring sustainable growth to the company. Finally, the two cases in practice shows the importance of tax theory in the company's investment and financing.
