On August 8th, 2017, our lawyer Song Haijia gathered and created a project invitation to give a lecture on the legal risk control and prevention of equity financing for the participating companies of the SME financing roadshow.

At the lecture, Mr. Song emphasized on the rapid growth of shareholder disputes and the types of key disputes in the process of equity financing, through the analysis of data, growth rate of shareholder disputes, number of cases, and the comparison of the number of cases. The core of preventing shareholder disputes in the financing process lies in the improvement of the rules of procedure and the withdrawal mechanism.

The 34 founders of SMEs from various fields participated in the lectures, which were specially selected by the Juchuang project.
