On July 21st, 2017, our lawyer Song Haijia gathered and created a project invitation to give a lecture on “Legal Risk Control and Prevention of Equity Financing” for the participating companies of the 12th SME Financing Project Roadshow Shanghai Matchmaking Conference.

During the lecture, Mr. Song emphasized on the rapid growth of shareholder disputes and the types of disputes in the process of equity financing through the analysis of data, the growth rate of shareholder disputes, number of cases, and the comparison of the number of cases. The key to preventing shareholder disputes in the equity financing process are the improvement of the rules of procedure and the withdrawal mechanism.

Furthermore, Mr. Song had used classic case analysis to introduce the real case scenarios presented by us to explain in detail the litigation strategy of shareholders' disputes and easy litigation; shareholders' right to know, damage to the company and shareholders' interests, company resolutions, and shareholder qualification confirmation. This educates entrepreneurs on how to master the company's control, standardizing the rules of procedure, improve the exit mechanism, and prevent and control shareholder disputes.
