On May 12, 2017, our lawyer Song Haijia was invited by the Minhang District Young Entrepreneurs Association to give a lecture on "Fragile Partner System - Company Control Rights Competition and Prevention".

In the lecture, Lawyer Song analysed the historical growth rate of shareholder dispute cases and the distribution of the number of cases in various places, and pointed out that the focus of solving the disputes of shareholders is in the competition for control over the company. The core of preventing shareholder disputes lies in establishing rules of procedure and exit mechanisms. In addition, during the speech, Song lawyer introduced classic activities and law cases, discussed and exchanged experiences with the students, proposed issues that need to be considered when mastering the company's control, standardizing the rules of procedure, and improving the exit mechanism. Good prevention and control can prevent shareholder disputes.
