On December 1, 2019, S&G founder and senior partner Song Haijia flies to Jinan, the capital city of Shandong Province, a coastal province in northeast China, to give out a lecture on Methods Of Designing Equity Structure for over 200 lawyers and entrepreneurs, after a similar one in Guangzhou, Guangdong.

During the lecture, Song analyzes the pattern of corporate equity structure from three aspects: Methods and Context, Control and Out of Control, and Design and Operation. Applying interactive teaching and case studying, the lecture is quite a success.
