On June 14, 2020, S&G Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation course, was successfully concluded. As an optional course for graduate students of Fudan University Law School, the course was officially launched on May 23, 2020 by webcast. It lasted for 36 classes. This course was recognized by Fudan University as one of the most popular courses among students and awarded “Excellent Course” last year.
This semester limited the number of applicants to 37, during which a total of more than 100 students enthusiastically signed up. The final number of students selected was full, and more than 80 students attended the course.
The content of the course includes four parts: equity, present situation, game and combing. It focuses on the core legal issues of corporate governance, such as equity incentives, equity financing and so on, through the legal analysis of shareholder disputes and the use of reverse thinking.
