On June 20, 2020, Gu Liping held a lecture on ‘Litigation and Negotiation of Shareholder Disputes’. 

The lecture was divided into four parts: shares, actuality, game theory, and reorganization. Believing in the idea of case study teaching and the importance of the legal analysis of shareholder dispute, the lecture utilized reverse thinking technique to guide the audiences to reflect on the core legal issues of corporate governance such as equity incentives and equity financing through the study of cases undertaken by the law firm.

The lecture was broadcast live nationally, with thousands of senior lawyers participated.
