On 15-16 February 2025, the "Litigation Techniques and Strategies for Shareholder Disputes" legal practice course was successfully held in Shanghai.

The course was delivered by Lawyer Song, focusing on the 25 types of cases in the company law in the practice of shareholder disputes in the strategic use and practical points to carry out in-depth analysis. Nearly one hundred lawyers, legal affairs and business leaders from various provinces and cities in China gathered at the bank of the Pujiang River to participate in the discussion and learning.

In the evening of 15th February, Mr Li Jingxin, Director of the Company Committee of Qingdao Law Association, shared "Comprehensive Planning of Equity Inheritance in Family Company" with the audience.
