On 14-15 December 2024, a two-day offline training course on "Litigation Techniques and Strategies in Shareholder Disputes" was successfully held in Guangzhou.

Focusing on the strategies and applications of 25 types of company law cases in the handling of shareholder disputes, the training, delivered by S&G's founder, Mr Song Haijia, attracted the active participation of nearly 100 legal professionals from all over the country to discuss and learn together.
