On March 20 and 27, 2024, the third and fourth week of the practical course "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation" offered by the Law School of Fudan University started.

In these two courses, we analyzed 12 cases of shareholder disputes, including disputes over liability for damaging the interests of the company, disputes over liability for damaging the interests of shareholders, disputes over shareholders' capital contribution, disputes over the resolution of the company, and disputes over the confirmation of shareholders' qualifications:
