On November 20, S&G were invited to speak at the Zhihe Forum 2023, where they delivered a presentation on "Equity Practice for Lawyers" to legal professionals from across the country.

Drawing on typical shareholder dispute cases they have handled over the past two decades, S&G shared insights into the "past, present, and future" of equity practice for lawyers.

Employing their signature case-based teaching approach, S&G engaged in a warm and interactive exchange with the attending lawyers. Participants actively pondered and enthusiastically shared their thoughts, exploring frameworks for resolving shareholder disputes through their own perspectives.

The event was filled to capacity, with many lawyers staying to listen attentively throughout the session. The atmosphere was exceptionally lively and engaging.
