On November 12, 2023, Lawyer Gu Liping from our firm was invited to Fudan University to participate in the 2023 Practical Mentor Dinner Gathering hosted by the university’s Law School. The event aimed to provide law postgraduate students with the opportunity to engage in face-to-face exchanges with industry leaders, gain insights into practical frontiers, and access career-related information.

Since 2019, our firm has been offering the practical course "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategies" to law postgraduate students at Fudan University for five consecutive years. This course has been recognized as an "Outstanding Practical Course" by the university.

During the dinner gathering, Lawyer Gu Liping engaged in lively discussions with the students over the meal. Conversations ranged from the work of equity lawyers to the cultivation of professional qualities, and from choosing specialized fields to industry prospects. Lawyer Gu’s sincere and insightful sharing demystified the role of an equity lawyer, leaving the students expressing their gratitude and describing the experience as "highly valuable and incredibly reliable!"
