On October 28-29, 2023, we had the privilege of hosting a unique and engaging second edition of the Shareholder Dispute Litigation Techniques and Strategies Practical Training Camp. Lawyer Song Haijia and Lawyer Gu Liping jointly led the sessions, delivering a feast of knowledge for all participants.

On the first day, Lawyer Song and Lawyer Gu used a dramatic shareholder dispute case involving a "zombie enterprise" as the central theme. They delved into various causes of action, including disputes over company dissolution, applications for company liquidation, enforcement applications, shareholder liability disputes for damages post-termination, company liability disputes for damages post-termination, and capital reduction disputes. Through clear and accessible explanations, they analyzed common scenarios, key issues in dispute, and judicial standards for each cause of action.

The second day continued the excitement of the first, introducing classic cases accumulated over two decades of practice. The focus was on causes of action such as right to know disputes, liability disputes for damages to creditors' interests, piercing the corporate veil, and equity transfer disputes.

Through the analysis of real cases, Lawyer Song and Lawyer Gu not only shared their methodologies, thought processes, and strategic insights gained from over 20 years of practice but also emphasized the critical importance of understanding the key issues in dispute, judicial rules, and common scenarios in judicial practice when formulating litigation strategies for shareholder disputes.

The course not only provided detailed coverage of key causes of action but also offered in-depth interpretations of critical points for other causes of action, helping participants build a systematic understanding of the 25 causes of action under corporate law.

This training camp was like a "script murder"-style brain-burning learning journey exclusively designed for equity lawyers, allowing us to continuously refine our professional skills through intellectual collisions. Although the course has ended, our journey of in-depth study never stops.
