On September 23-24, we were honored to invite two seasoned attorneys from Song & Gu Law Firm, Lawyer Song Haijia and Lawyer Gu Liping, to lead us on an extraordinary journey exploring the litigation practices of the 25 causes of action under corporate law.
On the first day, Lawyer Song Haijia, with his profound legal knowledge and extensive practical experience, introduced us to the current landscape and characteristics of shareholder disputes, opening the door to understanding this field.
Subsequently, he used key causes of action such as dissolution dispute litigation and liquidation liability disputes as entry points to provide a clear and in-depth analysis of common scenarios, key issues in dispute, and judicial standards for each cause of action.
On the second day, Lawyer Gu Liping, with his humorous and engaging teaching style, took us into another fascinating world.
He explained causes of action such as shareholder right-to-know disputes and disputes over the return of company certificates, and through case-based learning, allowed us to experience the practical application and key challenges of the 25 causes of action under corporate law firsthand.
Particularly, his sharing of cases involving capital increase disputes and corporate resolution disputes provided participants with new perspectives and solutions to the difficulties and confusions encountered in practice.
This training camp adopted the Harvard Law School case study method, using a real case to connect the 25 causes of action under corporate law. This approach not only helped us understand the theoretical aspects of each cause of action but also encouraged deep reflection on their practical application.
This teaching method made learning dynamic and engaging, while also deepening our understanding of the complexities in shareholder dispute litigation. Additionally, this learning format facilitated meaningful networking, allowing participants to build strong professional relationships.
Through this training camp, participants not only expanded their knowledge but also laid a solid foundation for handling shareholder dispute litigation with greater confidence and providing higher-quality legal services to clients. We look forward to meeting again and exploring the intricacies of the legal field together!
