On August 18, 2023, Lawyer Song Haijia from our firm, as one of the lecturers for the Zhangjiang Vπ Legal Day Public Welfare Class, was invited to share insights on the topic of "Corporate Governance and Equity Structure Design—From the Perspective of Preventing and Controlling Shareholder Disputes" with over ten enterprises in the park.

Using the analogy of a "marital relationship," Lawyer Song vividly explained the characteristics of shareholder relationships and the causes of shareholder disputes. From a preventive perspective, he emphasized the importance of designing robust rules for decision-making, information disclosure, and exit mechanisms to improve corporate governance. He likened establishing a company to building a family, stating that "harmony within the family leads to prosperity in all endeavors."
