On July 20, 2023, Lawyer Gu Liping from our firm was invited to share insights on "Equity Incentive Plan Design—From the Perspective of Preventing Shareholder Disputes" with twenty-six medical and pharmaceutical enterprises at the Park-Link Medical Enterprise Financing Bootcamp.

The participating enterprises, having undergone multiple rounds of financing, are now in their mature and pre-IPO stages. Centering on topics of keen interest to entrepreneurs—such as equity incentives, equity financing, and corporate governance—Lawyer Gu used real shareholder dispute cases he personally handled to conduct a "reverse engineering" analysis. He vividly explained the "three pillars" of system design: decision-making rules, information disclosure, and exit mechanisms, while outlining key operational points.

Although the scheduled lecture time ended, the entrepreneurs remained deeply engaged, extending the session by over half an hour in a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere.
