On 8th July 2023, the first phase of the  "Hongzhuan" Programme was successfully held in Shanghai Blue & White Law Firm, and four paralegals and trainee lawyers of the firm participated in this activity.

Lu Yin, Director of Shanghai Blue & White Law Firm, illustrated the trend toward specialization in the legal profession through the lens of labor law expertise. He also shared insights on how young lawyers can enhance their core competitiveness in the era of artificial intelligence—by leveraging professional knowledge to better understand client psychology and meticulously uncover client needs. His perspective highlights the importance of combining deep legal expertise with a nuanced understanding of client dynamics to thrive in an evolving industry.

Ms. Wu Mei, the HR Director of Shanghai Blue & White Law Firm, shared insights into the details of legal assistant work and the value of learning from trial and error with the interns. Ms. Wu presented a 15-item work checklist, highlighting numerous requirements and summarizing key experiences that reflect the legal profession's stringent demands for procedure, timeliness, and logic. It is precisely these meticulous tasks that lay the foundation for our growth into exceptional lawyers.

Following the training session, the interns engaged in discussions on two key topics: "Intern Overtime" and "Preparing for the Legal Qualification Exam." Interns from various law firms actively participated, offering diverse perspectives. Through this exchange, they inspired one another and made collective progress, fueling their excitement as they took steps closer to realizing their dreams of becoming lawyers.
