On June 9, the "Suhe·Jing Law Exchange" youth lawyer co-creation event was held as scheduled at the Shanghai Talent Building. Nearly 50 attendees participated, including representatives from judicial administrations, industry associations, leaders of the Party Building Alliance member units, and lawyer Party member representatives.

During the experience-sharing session for young lawyers, Lawyer Gu reflected on his journey in 2023, noting that while handling cases effectively, lawyers often need to balance social activities. The resulting intense pace is a primary source of anxiety and uncertainty for young lawyers.

Lawyer Gu shared his experience and insights on coexisting with anxiety and transforming pressure into motivation—"Those who keep walking will eventually arrive, and those who keep doing will eventually succeed." He passed this maxim on to the young lawyers, encouraging them to persevere with determination and diligence, emphasizing that no effort is in vain and that progress will ultimately lead to success.

Youth should "hold onto dreams while staying grounded." We sincerely hope that the establishment of the "Suhe·Jing Law Exchange" Lawyer Industry Party Building Alliance will support the growth and development of more young lawyers, contributing wisdom to the high-quality advancement of the industry.
