On May 28, 2023, the final assessment of the practical innovation course "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation," offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, was successfully completed, marking the conclusion of this semester's practical training.

Simulating real shareholder exit scenarios, students were divided into four groups, role-playing as majority and minority shareholders. The groups paired up for negotiations, with the primary goal of training students in practical negotiation skills, such as price anchoring and concession strategies, aiming to negotiate and sign a Settlement Framework Agreement upon successful negotiation. After the negotiations, each group presented their outcomes. Lawyer Gu and Lawyer Song provided detailed critiques of each group's performance, offering insightful reflections and summaries of the shortcomings observed during the negotiations.

With enthusiasm and thorough preparation, the students delivered outstanding performances, showcasing meticulous thinking and quick-witted responses during the negotiations. Through intense simulated practice, they significantly enhanced their negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
