On May 27, 2023, the sixth session of the practical course "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation," offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, was conducted.

The sixth session focused on the negotiation process within shareholder dispute litigation. By gradually introducing information from both sides, students were guided into a realistic litigation scenario. Lawyer Gu and Lawyer Song explained how to effectively utilize negotiation strategies such as price anchoring and information disclosure, systematically strengthening the students' negotiation mindset.
