On May 26, 2023, the course "Corporate Governance and Equity Structure Design," led by Lawyer Song Haijia and Lawyer Gu Liping,was held in Nanjing. A total of 142 experienced and specialized lawyers from across the country participated in the course.

During the course, Lawyer Song emphasized that preventing and controlling shareholder disputes are core legal issues in corporate governance, family business succession, equity incentives, and equity financing. He highlighted that a robust corporate governance system and a scientifically designed equity structure must be developed using "reverse engineering" as the guiding framework.

Lawyer Gu, drawing on real cases handled by the firm, provided a detailed explanation of how to improve information disclosure systems, decision-making rules, and exit mechanisms.

Throughout the six-hour course, the participating lawyers responded enthusiastically, engaging in active interactions. The Q&A session following the course lasted an additional hour, reflecting the high level of interest and engagement.
