On May 24, 2023, the fifth session of the practical course "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation," offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, was conducted.

This session centered on a real case, exploring the complex issues and various resolution strategies faced by shareholders when exiting a company. Lawyer Gu provided a progressive analysis by comparing different resolution approaches both horizontally and vertically.
