On May 12, 2023, the first segment of the Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategies seminar course, hosted by the China Behavioral Law Association and led by our firm, commenced in Chengdu.

Lawyers and legal professionals from Shandong, Hunan, Xinjiang, Fujian, Guangdong, and other regions actively participated in case discussions. Notably, a case represented by a participant from Xi'an Dacheng Law Firm, involving the removal of a shareholder for failing to fulfill capital contribution obligations and subsequent obstacles in industrial and commercial registration changes, sparked deep reflections. The case, which resolved through an administrative lawsuit confirming the validity of a company resolution and ordering the administrative authority to process the registration changes, prompted discussions on the interplay between civil and administrative litigation, as well as lawsuits related to company resolutions and industrial and commercial registration disputes.

The course fostered a lively exchange of ideas. After the three-day session concluded, participants expressed great satisfaction with their learning and eagerly anticipated the content of the second segment.
