On May 10, 2023, the fourth session of the practical course "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation," offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, was conducted.

The fourth session focused on shareholder right-to-know disputes, sharing insights into the challenges and pain points in enforcing such disputes. Additionally, Lawyer Gu provided a multidimensional perspective on the practical aspects of shareholder disputes, incorporating financial and management dimensions.

During the class, students actively participated, following Lawyer Gu's guidance to quickly and accurately retrieve similar cases. This hands-on approach allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of legal practical skills.
