On May 6, 2023, the third session of the practical course "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation," offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, was conducted.

This session centered on a real case handled by the firm, integrating key concepts such as company dissolution, applications for company liquidation, damages to company interests, and damages to shareholder interests. Additionally, practical techniques for drafting civil complaints were shared with the students.
