On April 26, 2023, the second session of the practical course "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation," offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, was conducted.

The second session analyzed the judicial standards for three types of company resolution disputes—invalid, non-existent, and voidable—using three real and classic cases.

Throughout the case reviews, the two lawyers explained practical skills such as evidence collection and visualization techniques. They guided students to reflect on corporate governance issues from the perspective of preventing and controlling shareholder disputes, equipping them with the ability to standardize and modularize the workflow of equity lawyers.
