On April 19, 2023, the practical course "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation," offered by S&G at Fudan University Law School, commenced. Since 2019, S&G has been offering practical courses at Fudan University, and this marks the sixth consecutive academic year of teaching on campus. We are honored to have been recognized as a "Fudan University Outstanding Practical Course."

The first session introduced the concepts of equity and shareholder disputes. By highlighting the core issues of equity, the course opened up new learning perspectives for the students. Using real case handling processes as examples, it vividly illustrated the complex landscape of shareholder disputes. Through case analysis and explanations, the session guided students in developing a strategic mindset of "litigation + negotiation" for resolving shareholder dispute cases.
