The course "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategies," taught by our firm's lawyers, is one of the most popular courses among students at Fudan University and has been recognized as a "Fudan University Outstanding Practical Course." This year marks the sixth time our firm has entered the Fudan campus to teach students.

On April 6, 2022, due to the impact of the pandemic, the sixth session of the series was conducted online.

This session focused on the judicial standards and core issues related to shareholder right-to-know disputes in judicial practice. Using shareholder right-to-know disputes as a starting point, the course guided students to think about how to prevent and control shareholder disputes by adopting a "reverse engineering" mindset when designing corporate governance rules.
