The course Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategies, taught by our firm's lawyers, is one of the most popular courses among students at Fudan University and has been recognized as a Fudan University Outstanding Practical Course. This year marks the fifth time our firm has entered the Fudan campus to teach students.

On March 30, 2022, due to the impact of the pandemic, the fifth session of the series was conducted online.

This session focused on the application and distinctions in practice among disputes over the validity of company resolutions, disputes over the non-existence of company resolutions, and disputes over the revocation of company resolutions. Using a nationally recognized exemplary court case and a guiding case from the Shanghai High Court, the course shared lawyers' working methods in case handling, emphasizing how litigation visualization and effective communication can achieve litigation objectives.
