On March 16, 2022, the third session of the Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategies course offered by our firm at Fudan University was conducted online due to the impact of the pandemic.

The course had a limited enrollment of 40 students, which was fully booked upon release. Many additional students attended the online session as observers.

This session introduced students to the practical aspects of company dissolution disputes, company resolution disputes, share repurchase request disputes, and applications for compulsory liquidation through a real case handled in practice. Beyond the legal knowledge, the session emphasized sharing the thought process of equity lawyers in handling cases, including how to strategically combine legal tools to help clients achieve their objectives.
