On March 9, 2022, the second session of the practical course Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategies, offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, commenced.

This course is one of the most popular among students at Fudan University and has been recognized as a Fudan University Outstanding Practical Course. This marks the fourth time our firm has entered the Fudan campus to teach students. Enrollment for this semester was limited to 40 students and was fully booked shortly after registration opened.

This session centered on a real case handled by the firm, integrating key concepts such as company dissolution, applications for company liquidation, damages to company interests, and damages to shareholder interests.

During the class, students actively engaged in thinking and enthusiastically answered questions. The session concluded with a warm round of applause in the classroom.
