On March 2, 2022, the practical innovation course series Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategies, offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, officially began. This course is one of the most popular among students at Fudan University and has been recognized as a Fudan University Outstanding Practical Course. This marks the fifth time our firm has entered the Fudan campus to teach students.

Enrollment for this semester was limited to 40 students and was fully booked shortly after registration opened. For the first session, in addition to the enrolled students, many others attended as auditors due to the course's reputation.

The course is guided by real practical cases, providing in-depth analysis of each shareholder dispute case. It aims to help students identify, analyze, and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of disputing parties, participate in simulated negotiations, and develop strategic thinking for shareholder dispute litigation and negotiation.
