The Shareholder Dispute and Negotiation Strategy Seminar, hosted by our firm and co-organized by Shanghai Shenhao Law Firm, was held today on the 75th floor of Shanghai Tower. Nearly 60 lawyers from across the country gathered in Shanghai to discuss shareholder dispute resolution and corporate law practice issues.

Lawyer Song and Lawyer Gu from our firm delivered insightful presentations, using cases handled by our firm to connect the 25 types of causes of action related to corporate law disputes. They provided clear and in-depth explanations of judicial practices and relevant judicial standards, sparking widespread resonance among the attendees.

The seminar spanned six days and included two main sections: practical explanations of shareholder dispute litigation and simulated training on shareholder dispute resolution negotiations. During the event, Dr. Li Yufang, a specially invited guest, offered one-on-one psychological counseling sessions, making the content both rich and highly practical.
