On October 15, 2021, the third session of the 2021 "Seedling Class" training program was held at the Shanghai Bar Association. The "Seedling Class" series is a program organized by the Youth Lawyer Working Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, aimed at helping young lawyers in the early stages of their careers to define their professional direction and enhance their skills. Lawyer Gu was invited to teach the young lawyers.

Drawing on years of experience in corporate law cases, Lawyer Gu used two shareholder dispute cases as a starting point to deliver a lecture on "How to Effectively Prepare Evidence Materials for Civil and Commercial Cases." During the session, Lawyer Gu employed real cases in a vivid and humorous manner to demonstrate the application and value of evidence in practice.

The course was attended by over 50 young lawyers. The atmosphere was lively, and after the session, which was packed with practical insights, the participants expressed that they had gained valuable knowledge.
