On March 31, 2021, the fourth session of the practical course Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategies, offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, commenced.

This course is one of the most popular among students at Fudan University and has been recognized as a Fudan University Outstanding Practical Course. This marks the fourth time our firm has entered the Fudan campus to teach students. Enrollment for this semester was limited to 40 students and was fully booked shortly after registration opened.

The fourth session served as a comprehensive test for the students. Lawyer Gu centered the session around a typical shareholder dispute, integrating knowledge from the previous three sessions. He guided students to step into the role of the client's attorney, using a series of questions to help them strategize for the case. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of meticulous consideration and effective information tracking and management when advocating for clients' interests as an equity lawyer.

During the class, students actively researched legal provisions and cases, enthusiastically shared their ideas, proposed feasible measures to benefit the client, and drafted outlines for legal representations. Lawyer Gu provided detailed feedback on the students' outlines, explaining the key points of writing effective legal representations.
